YITechnology is a global start-up consumer technology company with strong innovative solutions in both B2B & B2C environments. YI is looking for anInternational Sales Managerto support our operation in Turkey.

As the Sales Manager atYITechnology, we are expecting you to be experienced in B2B sales negotiation, B2B industrial exposure, influence, and pitch for potential partnership.

Duties and Responsibilities:

• Responsible for country-specific business, including overall business planning, channel sales, marketing, promotion, etc.
• Collect market information, have an in-depth understanding of the industry trends and competition trends of the relevant countries, conduct competitor analysis and overall business planning.
• To organize and control sales and supporting marketing activities.
• Development, construction and maintenance of channel distributor.
• Develop channel sales strategy, responsible for sell in, and sell out.
• Develop and implement reasonable promotion plan to drive sales.

Qualifications & Requirements:

• More than 5 years’ experience in similar position, brand intelligent hardware or 3C consumer electronics industry is a plus.
• Native Turkish speaker. Based in Turkey. Excellent command of English, other EU languages are preferable.
• Proven experience in signing new leads and meeting sales target.
• Up-to-date with the latest home security trends and best practices in the Turkish market. Familiar with Turkey marketing and sales;
• Bachelor or MBA degree in Business/ Finance or relevant field.
• For male candidates must have finished the military service (Erkek adaylar için askerliğini tamamlamış olmak).
• Strong professionalism and organized.
