My YI Dome Camera 1080p and SD card are lost. What do I do?
Our cloud server saves up to 7 days long of alert video, each takes 6-second long, so you can track back and see what happened to your camera. Additionally, you can also purchase enhanced Cloud Service which is where the video is backed up anytime motion sensors detects movement. When these video are uploaded to Cloud Service, they are encrypted for better online security.
