What can I do if my camera cannot boot?
A1: Probable cause: The built-in battery runs out of power after the camera has been used under a low temperature or has not been used for a long time. Solution: connect the camera to a power source through a standard Micro-USB charging adapter; wait for at least 30 minutes to see if the camera can be restarted.
A2: Probable cause: The charging accessories are damaged. Solution: Use another Micro-USB charging cable/cigarette-lighter adapter or connect the camera to a power source through a standard Micro-USB charging adapter to see if there is any damage of the original charging accessories.
A3: Probable cause: Firmware error. Solution: Use a MicroSD card to update the firmware of the camera. See the link below for more specific information: http://www.yitechnology.com/support/firmware_en.html
