Why is the image taken by YI Dome Camera 1080p turned black-and-white? What should I do?
YI Dome Camera 1080p, under low lighting, will go directly into Night Vision mode. If the light comes on and off, the image taken by YI Dome Camera 1080p may temporarily turn black-and-white due to frequent mode changes. If this happens, please place the camera under normal lighting for 30 seconds or power off and reboot, then the issue should be gone.
