What shall I do if the app keep buffering the video but cannot connect?
Please check the status light:
1. Blue light is on,
1) Check if your router is connected to Internet. Check if you can successfully connect your other devices such as mobile phone or computer to Internet using this router.
2) Quit and reopen your app
3) Restart the camera (re-plug the power cord).
2. Blue light is blinking,
1) Check if the router is working normally

2) Remove the micro SD card, try to reconnect power cord
3) Try to change to another USB wire (problem could be caused by power cord or power voltage)
4) Reset the camera.
