How do I copy photos/videos stored in memory cards to the computer using a card reader?
Power off the camera and take out the memory card. Connect the card reader to the computer after inserting the memory card. You will be able to copy photos and videos after the computer detects the card reader. Once you are done, discon-nect the card reader from the computer and remove the memory card.
